Bookings & Payments

A deposit will be required to secure your booking date. Remaining balances must be paid before or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, iBOUNCE reserves the right to cancel inflatable use for safety reasons. Wherever possible, alternative arrangements or rescheduling will be discussed.

Supervision & Safety

All equipment and activities are managed by the iBOUNCE team during hosted events. We ask that parents and guardians continue to supervise children appropriately throughout the event.

Space & Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring there is adequate safe space and access for equipment setup. Please notify us in advance of any access restrictions, stairs, narrow pathways, parking limitations, or venue rules.

Weather Conditions

For safety reasons, inflatable equipment cannot operate during severe weather conditions including high winds, heavy rain, or thunderstorms.

Damage & Misuse

Any deliberate damage, misuse of equipment, or unsafe behaviour may result in activities being stopped without refund.

Travel Charges

We primarily cover Southampton and surrounding areas. Events further afield may incur a small travel fee.

Photography

From time to time, photos from events may be used on our website or social media pages. Please inform us before your event if you would prefer that no photographs are used.
